“You Are My Number One” Valentine Card with Shapeabilities   Tuesday, January 29, 2013
by Candy Rosenberg

Valentines is one of my favorite holidays, mostly because of the colors and all the mushy sentiments.  Love is in the air and I cant wait to send this card to my valentine! Its hard not to fall in love with all that Spellbinders has launched this year so far, but this “Just Swingin’” die be stills my heart!

Ink, patterned paper, scissors, wax paper

Cut one patterned paper, one embossed patterned paper and two cardstock pieces.  Each an 1/8 of an inch difference so they stack on top of each other.

The top piece is die cut with the Just Swingin’ die on the embossed paper, I did not use the swing or tire from this set as the theme was the heart on the tree trunk like lovers.  NOTE: Be sure to use wax paper on this die and any that have an intricate cut pattern.  This will make it ultra easy to get out of the die.

Rough up the edges of the top die cut paper and ink them with a vintage brown ink.

Then rub the ink blender over the top of the embossed paper to show the pattern.

Using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam dots on the reverse side of the embossed paper adhere it to the red cardstock for raised dimension.

SAMSUNG

Continue with placing the 3D Foam Dots to the red cardstock and place down on the black cardstock.

Then add the 3D Foam Dots to the black cardstock and place down on the patterned paper.  Each layer is dimensional.
Then add the heart bling on the tree trunk and stickers to the inside front to complete.

Be Inspired. Always!

Good website to download free templates, thank you.

    "its so useful thanks "

    This is excellent post…..

Great suggestions for writing a resume. I have just completed my resume. I think I followed some of the above tips perfectly…

Thanks for this post. The best advice is what you’ve written, “follow the instructions in the job posting.”

“What’s more, recruiters will usually view functional resumes with a skeptical eye, because they know that applicants often use the format to hide flaws.”

It's very useful to get straight answers for anything you
ask. Sometimes you're given a resource instead of an
answer, but you will find it there.
