This weeks theme is Versatile Edgeabilities and Beate has started it off beautifully with her Savvy Saturday Video Tutorial.  I love the way the Edgeabilities are so versatile - being a 'lace loving girl' they particularly appeal to be, as they can be used in place of lace and give the same pretty look.  I was inspired by some gorgeous old fashioned lace, that I have in my stash and love the way the Edgeabilities can give this look - using card stock - and we already have that at our fingertips.

Do you ever hide receipts from your husband after a fun shopping trip? Well…I am seriously thinking of doing just that (Lol)!!

I had so much fun on Friday spending some time with two of my favorite peeps, Donna Salazar and Jen Cushman, at the Sweet Salvage Occasional sale in Phoenix. This unique sale is put together by 2 amazing women, Katie Hibbs and Kim Rawlins.

 

There are all sorts of treasures to be found for every decorator and collector's taste. This sale takes place once a month and attracts people from near by states to the Phoenix area ...

I love how you can create so many different borders with Edgeabilities dies, simply by mixing and matching them. For my card sample I used single cut and embossed paper strip to add a classy finish to that layer. But you can also use them to cut a decorative edge on card bases, layer several cut and embossed strips on top of each other for a ruffled look, use just Classic Decorative Inserts for a lacey finish or even use them on scrapbook pages, boxes or trimming on frames.
