How to Change Your Password.

What recently changed with the clubs?

Beginning December 1st 2023 the following changes were made.

NEW CLUBS NOW AVAILABLE
Stencil Club & Deluxe Caboodle (Everything) Value Club

We're proud to announce our new Monthly Stencil Club. We're also super excited to launch our new Deluxe Caboodle Value Club that includes ALL Clubs plus a monthly BONUS Item. Even more exciting, the bonus item will sometimes be a cardmaking essential & sometimes it will be an exclusive item ONLY available in this club. The cost for this club will be $120 (VAT Included) with great savings.

CLUB DISCONTINUATIONS
We're sad to announce that December will be the last month that the Quick & Easy Card Club will be available. All active Card Club Subscriptions will be cancelled following November shipments.

We are also no longer going to be accepting new subscriptions into the:

  • Perfect Package Club
  • The Glimmer 'n Cut Club
  • Die & Stamp Addict Club
  • Die Hard Club

This means that these clubs will continue for everyone who is already in these clubs but no new members will be able to join. Members who cancel from these clubs will no longer be able to rejoin moving forward.

CLUBS CHANGING
With our Quick & Easy Card Club going away, that means the Perfect Package Value Club will no longer include a cardmaking kit. In accordance, the cost of the Perfect Package Value Club will be reduced to £100.80 (VAT Included) per month, starting in December. We'll be adjusting all affected subscriptions prior to December 5th, when they charge.

The Perfect Package Value Club will now include:

  • Small Die
  • Large Die
  • Stitching Die
  • 2D Embossing Folder
  • 3D Embossing Folder
  • Clear Stamp + Die
  • Glimmer Kit

Beginning January 27th, 2023 the following changes were made.

Club Availability Window Change:

  • Club Reveals and tutorials are revealed the 1st of each month. Only Active Club members can join new clubs from the 1st to the 5th. (If a member wishes to swap to a different subscription, be sure to join the new subscription first, then cancel the old one, or you will lose access.)
  • Continuing Subscriptions will charge on the 5th of each month. This means existing Club Members WILL be able to cancel subscriptions or make edits to payment or shipping info up until the 4th of each monthOnce an order has charged we are NOT able to make ANY edits. Please be sure to make all necessary changes prior to the 5th.
  • New Subscription Sign-Up Window will now open on the 6th of each month and run through the 27th, (once existing club members subscriptions have been processed.) If there is additional inventory remaining, then they will be made available for new subscriptions and will have limited availability.
  • A La` Carte Purchases will be available the month following the club subscription windows IF there is remaining inventory after all subscriptions have been processed

 


    Can I buy club products without being a member?

    Not initially. Club products are ONLY available to active club members during their subscription month. New members may join the clubs if there is available inventory from the 6th to the 26th/27th of each month. Clubs may sell out quickly. Members can cancel at any time.

    If there are select items that are left over following the subscription month, then the items may be available to all customers a la` carte at a higher price. There are no guarantees that any designs will be available following the subscription month.


    What do I do if a club is sold out?

    Spellbinders main priority is always to ensure that existing club members orders are always fulfilled first. That is a key benefit of being a Spellbinders Club Member. If there is any remaining inventory following club fulfillment, then those clubs may be available a la` carte at a later date. There are no guarantees that items will be restocked, or when. If you wish to ensure that you receive the latest club designs, please join the club membership during the next available club window. Clubs will be revealed on the 1st of each month and the subscription sign-up window will  be the 6th - 27th each month.


    When Does my Card Get Charged and When Will My Kit(s) Ship?

    When you first subscribe your card will get charged immediately and your kit(s) will ship by the end of the month. Your membership will then recur on the 5th and will ship by the end of each month.


    How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

    1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
    2. Click Subscriptions in the left side menu.
    3. Click the + Sign on the Subscription you would like to edit to drop it down, then click Cancel. 

      Can I Change My Subscription to a Different Product?

      If you do not wish to receive the current subscription plan you must cancel your current subscription and then you can sign up for the new subscription plan of your choice. (If you are doing this during the member window 1st - 5th. Please subscribe first, then cancel the unwanted after.)

      Here's How You Cancel:

      1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
      2. Click Subscriptions in the left side menu.
      3. Click the + Sign on the Subscription you would like to edit to drop it down, then click Cancel. 

      You can re-subscribe to any of the clubs of your choice by add them to your cart and checking out. Shop the club options Here.

        Please Note: You must make all changes to you subscription BEFORE it charges for the month. If you make any change to your subscription after it has already charged, then you will receive BOTH subscriptions.         When Will I See My 10% Member Savings?

        New Members will begin seeing the club member discount AFTER the initial subscription to their first club. You will NOT receive a discount on that initial purchase, even if you have qualifying items in your cart. Following that subscription purchase, your club account will be immediately activated, and THEN you will begin seeing the discount on select Spellbinders products, (until you cancel your membership.) You will see the 10% discount in your cart and at checkout. Not valid on non-Spellbinders products, Clubs, Clearance, promotional items, and other select products. 


        Am I Able to Skip a Month on My Subscription?

        No, skipping is no longer an option. You may cancel your subscription and rejoin at any time.


        Do I Have to Pay Taxes on My Club Subscription?

        Yes, all US club orders will now have taxes collected at time of subscription or when the invoices recur. Any international shipments will have to pay any VAT, taxes, or duties at time of delivery. 


        Can I use PayPal for My Club Subscription?

        Yes, we do now accept PayPal on club subscriptions, however some accounts may need to be updated to use this option. If you are having trouble seeing this option please contact our customer service.


        Can I Change My Subscription Date?

        No. Your first subscription charge immediately and then the subsequent charges will recur on the 5th of each month. 


        How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

        1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
        2. Click Subscriptions in the left side menu.
        3. Click on the Subscription that needs the address changed then click "Edit" under the Shipping Address section.
        4. Make your needed updates then click Update Address.

        How Do I Edit or Change my Billing Address or Payment Method?

        1. You must first login to your Spellbinders Account. Click Here to Login.
        2. Click Subscriptions in the left side menu.
        3. Click on the Subscription that needs the Payment info changed then click "Edit" under the Payment Methods  section.
        4. You will sent an email to update your Payment Method. Make your changes and then click "Update Card"

        Why Did My Order Get Split Into Multiple Shipments?

        Some club subscriptions are processed independently. Therefore, if you subscribed to multiple clubs, they may be divided in multiple orders and may ship at different times. You will receive a shipping notification for each portion of your order.


        How Do I View Past Invoices/Orders?

        You can view past invoices/orders in multiple places.

        1. You must first login to your Spellbinders Account. Click Here to Login.
        2. All past invoices will be listed on your account page.

         


        How Do My Club Discounts work?

        One of the key benefits of being part of the club is that members receive discounts on select Spellbinders products. Club members will be upgraded to the discount tier AFTER the first club subscription charges and will ONLY be visible while a club subscription is active. Once upgraded, Club members will receive a 10% discount on select Spellbinders products. Not valid on non-Spellbinders products, Clubs, Clearance, promotional items, and other select products. Discount will be visible in the cart and at checkout only. The member savings will be removed immediately upon cancelation of the subscription

        Members MUST login into the Spellbinders store to be able to view the discounted rates. Offer good only on products purchased at www.spellbinderspaperarts.com, for individual consumer use only, and not for distribution. Not valid on any previous purchases; cannot be redeemed for cash; cannot be combined with any other offer; void where prohibited.


        How Do Creative Rewards Work?

        All Club orders will now be processed within the Spellbinders shopping cart. Creative Rewards will automatically be added to your account when your monthly kits ship out. Members earn 3 points for every $1 spent. CLICK HERE to learn more about Spellbinders Rewards.


        Can I Buy Past Club Designs? 

        Yes, but we do not guarantee that any past clubs kits will be available following the feature month. If there are remaining kits, they may available for purchase at a later time. Some kits can take up to 6 months before they will be available again. Active club members will be able to buy past kits at 10% of the retail rate. Shop Now


        What is Your US Shipping Policy:

        US Continental Club Order Fulfillment: Initial club subscriptions will ship from the Spellbinders Warehouse by the end of each month. Recurring orders will charge on the 5th of each month and will ship by the last day of the month. Domestic club shipments will either use USPS Priority Mail or Standard UPS Ground, depending on the club and the destination.

        US Continental orders:

        • Orders will ship either USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size of the order and the delivery location.

        International Orders: Spellbinders’ store customers may select the International shipping method of their choice at checkout. Taxes and duties will now be paid by the customer at time of delivery. We now offer three International shipping options: (Not every option will be available to every location.)

        • USPS Shipping (1-3 weeks shipping time)
        • FedEx Shipping (4-7 business days shipping time)
        • UPS Shipping (4-7 business days shipping time) 

        All shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import charges/fees (Duties, Customs, Tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country. These are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and may be levied once your package reaches destination country. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. As the purchaser, you are responsible to pay all fees at time of delivery. Refunds are NOT allowed due to import charge refusal.

        Please Note: There may be a window of time from when the Club shipment labels are printed to when they actually ship out. All club shipments will go out before the end of each month.

        Can people outside the Continental US join the Spellbinders Clubs and what is the policy?

        Yes, people outside the Continental United States in some limited countries may join the membership clubs, however there are some shipping limitations and additional costs. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico  and locations are considered outside the continental US. The above Spellbinders shipping policy will apply. This will vary per location and product. All shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) 


         

        Clubs Terms & Conditions

        You must have a Spellbinders club membership account in good standing and have a valid credit card or PayPal account on file with Spellbinders (no hold on your credit card, suspension of your Spellbinders account or past amount owed to Spellbinders). We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion, for any reason. 

        You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. You also certify that you are legally permitted to participate and accept full responsibility for the selections made pursuant to the Club Terms & Conditions. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the site and/or join the Club is revoked in such jurisdictions.

        Spellbinders Club benefits are nontransferable and may only be used by an individual Member. Member benefits are all-prospective from the date of membership enrollment and will not be applied retroactively to any prior purchases.

        Spellbinders reserves the right to change or discontinue any Club member benefits at our sole discretion at any time without notice. Spellbinders reserves the right to change the monthly membership club pricing and terms therein. Spellbinders will notify members of pricing changes at least 30 days prior to change.

        Auto-Renewing Monthly Spellbinders Club Membership

        Spellbinders Clubs are monthly, automatically renewing membership programs. All membership subscription products must be purchased with a Credit Card to allow for recurring purchases. Your membership will auto-renew each month thereafter, until you decide to cancel. Your first charge will occur upon your first subscription checkout and then your account will be charged the 5th day of each subsequent month. Club membership kits will be processed and shipped within 5 to 15 days. You may cancel your membership at least 48 hours before your membership auto-renews the next month. Your membership auto-renews on the 5th of each month. Unless you cancel your membership 48 hours before the 5th, then a renewal membership fee will be charged each month. Club subscriptions are FINAL SALE and cannot be changed once the current month has charged. You can update credit card information at any time by logging into you Spellbinders account. You can also call 888-547-0400, Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 4pm MST or email us at customersupport@spellbinders.us.

        By enrolling in a Spellbinders Club, you understand and agree that your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You hereby authorize Spellbinders to charge your credit card each month at the then-current membership fee. You may cancel your membership at any time. Your same credit card on file or that you used to enroll initially will be automatically charged each month, unless you cancel your membership 48 hours prior to your next charge date you designate an alternative card in your account prior to your billing date. Your membership is conditional upon Spellbinders receipt of payment. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if payment is not received by Spellbinders for any reason, including chargeback, Spellbinders reserves the right to immediately and without notice, either suspend or terminate your membership and you will not be shipped any merchandise. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to Spellbinders at the time your account is suspended or terminated. Except where proscribed by law, you agree that Spellbinders is not obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices or other notices indicating that your credit card will be or has been charged. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon enrollment, you will receive an initial email which indicates: a) enough information regarding the credit card being charged for the member to verify the details, without providing full card details; b) a reminder that you can cancel at any time; c) the means to contact Spellbinders in the event that you wish to cancel your membership; and d) the amount your credit card will be charged.
