When does my card get charged and when will my kit ship?

When you first sign up, your card will get charged 5 days from that date. Your kit will ship within 10 15 business days. Your membership will then recur on the 5th of each month and will ship on the 6th to the 16th.


How do I Change My Subscription to a Different Product?

  1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
  2. Click Subscriptions in the left side menu.
  3. Click the + Sign on the Subscription you would like to edit to drop it down, then click Edit.
  4. Just select the subscription option that you would prefer from the drop down on the left side, then click Update Subscription.
  5. Your subscription is now updated for whenever your next charge is scheduled.

Please Note: You must make all changes to you subscription BEFORE it charges for the month. If you make any change to your subscription after it has already charged, then you will receive the same months kits again. If you want to make changes to your subscription for next month, please call or 1-888-547-0400 or email customersupport@spellbinders.us.


How do I cancel my Subscription?

  1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
  2. Click Subscriptions in the left side menu.
  3. Click the + Sign on the Subscription you would like to edit to drop it down, then click Cancel. 

How do I Skip a Month on my Subscription?

  1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
  2. Click Subscriptions in the left side menu.
  3. Click the + Sign on the Subscription you would like to edit to drop it down, then click Cancel.
  4. Click the Skip a Month Option and click OK.

What is the difference between my Spellbinders Store & Club Accounts?

The club subscriptions are managed in a separate system from our main store. Once a subscription invoice is generated, the order will push into the main store where you'll be able to view. We recommend using the same email address for both store and club accounts so that all of your club orders and any rewards points generated will be linked to your main store account. Click Here to Login.


Do I have to pay taxes on my Club Subscription?

Yes, all US club orders will now have taxes collected at time of subscription or when the invoices recur. Any international shipments will have to pay any taxes or duties at time of delivery. 


Can I use PayPal for my Club subscription?

Yes, we do now accept PayPal on club subscriptions, however some accounts may need to be updated to use this option. If you are having trouble seeing this option please contact our customer service.


Can I skip specific items within a Value Club Subscription?

No, you can only skip the complete subscription.


How many times can I skip?

You can skip a total of three times.


Can I Change My Subscription Date?

No. Your first subscription charge will happen 5 days from you sign up date and the the subsequent charges will recur on the 5th of each month. 


How do I Change My Shipping Address?

  1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
  2. Click My Profile in the left side menu.
  3. Click Edit in the Account Address section on the right side.
  4. Make your needed updates then click Save Address.

How do I edit or change my Billing Address or Payment Method?

  1. You must first login to your Club Account. Click Here to Login.
  2. Click Payment Methods in the left side menu.
  3. Enter all the fields with the updated info & Click Continue.
  4. You may choose to set your new payment method as the Default for future purchases.
  5. You can also remove any old payment methods by click Remove at the bottom of the page.

Why did my order get split into multiple orders?

Each club subscription is processed independently. Therefore, if you subscribed to multiple clubs or purchased add-ons, they will be divided in multiple orders and may ship at different times. You will receive a shipping notification for each portion of your order.


How do I view Past Invoices/Orders?

You can view past invoices/orders in multiple places.

To view your Club Order in your Club Account please Login Here
You can view club invoices on your Dashboard Calendar by clicking Dashboard in the left side menu.
You can also view the list by Clicking Billing History in the left side menu.

To view your order in the Spellbinders Store Account please Login Here.
You will see all past orders listed on your account page.


How do Creative Rewards Work?

All Club orders will now be processed within the Spellbinders shopping cart. Creative Rewards will automatically be added to your account when your monthly kits ship out. Members earn 5 points for every $1 spent. CLICK HERE to learn more about Spellbinders Rewards.


Can I buy past club designs? 

We do not guarantee that any past clubs kits will be available following the feature month. If there are remaining kits, they may available for purchase at a later time. Some kits can take up to 6 months before they will be available again. 


What is your US Shipping Policy:

US Domestic Club Order Fulfillment: Initial club subscriptions will ship from the Spellbinders Warehouse within 5 to 15 business days. Recurring orders will charge on the 5th of each month and orders will ship between the 6th to the 16th of each month. Domestic club shipments will either use USPS Priority Mail or Standard UPS Ground, depending on the club and the destination.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Once shippedUSPS orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days (based on final destination) to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories from the ship date. 
  • Standard UPS Ground: Once shipped, UPS Ground orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico from the ship date.

Can people outside the US join the Spellbinders Clubs and what is the policy?

Yes, people outside the United States in some limited countries may join the membership clubs, however there are some shipping limitations and additional costs. Currently we support shipping to Canada, UK, & Italy. The below Spellbinders shipping policy will apply. This will vary per location and product. All shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) CLICK HERE for the complete Spellbinders shipping and order policy. As a courtesy, our clubs do offer an international shipping option to select countries. However, there’s an additional fee for this service. This covers the increased international shipping costs, taxes, duties, and fees that are incurred to process these orders. These costs are passed through from the carriers and customs agencies. Please Note: Currently our system does not support Guam or any outlying US territories.

International Club Shipping Policy: Initial club subscriptions will ship from the Spellbinders Warehouse within 5 to 15 business days. Recurring orders will charge on the 5th of each month and orders will ship between the 6th to the 16th of each month. International  club shipments will either use USPS First Class International, FedEx International Economy or UPS World Wide Expedited, depending on the club and the destination.

  • Orders below $56 (before tax and shipping) will ship via USPS International First Class (1-3 weeks shipping time).
  • Orders greater than or equal to $57 (before tax and shipping) will ship via FedEx International Economy OR UPS World Wide Expedited (2-6 business days shipping time.)

Shipping Methods:

  • USPS First Class International: USPS First Class International are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the ship date. Please note: this shipping method may not always provide a tracking number.
  • FedEx International Economy: FedEx International Economy are typically delivered within 4-6 business days from the ship date. 
  • UPS World Wide Expedited: UPS World Wide Expedited are typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the ship date. 

All shipments outside the U.S. are subject to import charges/fees (Duties, Customs, Tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country. These are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and may be levied once your package reaches destination country. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. As the purchaser, you are responsible to pay all fees at time of delivery. Refunds are NOT allowed due to import charge refusal.


 

Clubs Terms & Conditions

The Spellbinders Clubs are available only to select locations. You must have a Spellbinders club membership account in good standing and have a valid credit card on file with Spellbinders (no hold on your credit card, suspension of your Spellbinders account or past amount owed to Spellbinders). We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion, for any reason. 

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. You also certify that you are legally permitted to participate and accept full responsibility for the selections made pursuant to the Club Terms & Conditions. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the site and/or join the Club is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Spellbinders Club benefits are nontransferable and may only be used by an individual Member. Member benefits are all-prospective from the date of membership enrollment and will not be applied retroactively to any prior purchases.

Spellbinders reserves the right to change or discontinue any Club member benefits at our sole discretion at any time without notice. Spellbinders reserves the right to change the monthly membership club pricing and terms therein. Spellbinders will notify members of pricing changes at least 30 days prior to change.

Auto-Renewing Monthly Spellbinders Club Membership

Spellbinders Clubs are monthly, automatically renewing membership programs. All membership subscription products must be purchased with a Credit Card to allow for recurring purchases. Your membership will auto-renew each month thereafter, until you decide to cancel. Your first charge will occur FIVE days from the sign-up date and then your account will be charged the 5th day of each subsequent month. Club membership kits will be processed and shipped within 5 to 15 days. You may cancel your membership at least 48 hours before your membership auto-renews the next month. Your membership auto-renews on the 5th of each month. Unless you cancel your membership 48 hours before the 5th, then a renewal membership fee will be charged each month. Club subscriptions are FINAL SALE and cannot be changed once the current month has charged. You can update credit card information at any time by logging into you Spellbinders account. You can also call 888-547-0400, Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 4pm MST or email us at customersupport@spellbinders.us.

By enrolling in a Spellbinders Club, you understand and agree that your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You hereby authorize Spellbinders to charge your credit card each month at the then-current membership fee. You may cancel your membership at any time. Your same credit card on file or that you used to enroll initially will be automatically charged each month, unless you cancel your membership 48 hours prior to your next charge date you designate an alternative card in your account prior to your billing date. Your membership is conditional upon Spellbinders receipt of payment. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if payment is not received by Spellbinders for any reason, including chargeback, Spellbinders reserves the right to immediately and without notice, either suspend or terminate your membership and you will not be shipped any merchandise. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to Spellbinders at the time your account is suspended or terminated. Except where proscribed by law, you agree that Spellbinders is not obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices or other notices indicating that your credit card will be or has been charged. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon enrollment, you will receive an initial email which indicates: a) enough information regarding the credit card being charged for the member to verify the details, without providing full card details; b) a reminder that you can cancel at any time; c) the means to contact Spellbinders in the event that you wish to cancel your membership; and d) the amount your credit card will be charged.
